- After June 30, only onsite registration (with late fee) is accepted.

Please make sure that the presenting author has paid the registration fee by May 11 the latest (early bird rate expires already), otherwise the contribution will be removed from the program. For the program/timetable to be finalized without delay, the deadline for the presenting authors is set earlier than the date for others.
If some circumstance arises that would prevent you from finishing the payment by May 11, please let us know as soon as possible by e-mail to secretariat@check-xserver.jp.

For the applicants of LCI sponsored registration fee waiver for students
Before the deadline of the application ( February 15 ), applicants should finish the registration process through your My page.
DO NOT go and finish payment by credit card. ( Only click the “Register” button, and then, go back to “My Page. )
Please mark the checkbox for the application for LCI sponsored registration fee waiver in the registration page.
Applicants should be student, presenting author of a submitted paper, and the student member of ILCS. ( ILCS membership check link )
Result of the application will be notified no later than April 10 by e-mail.
It should be noted that the registration fees will be up to Regular category automatically from April 23.

*Conference participants can receive lunch boxes in exchange for tickets at the conference venue. Lunch boxes for three days are included in the registration fee. If you have request for meal, please inform us at Online Registration.

- No reservation will be confirmed in the absence of payment.
- All payment must be in Japanese yen.

- The registration fee of ILCC2018 will be charged by “JTB Western Japan, Corp.”, which is an official travel agent of ILCC2018.
